Mini Idli with Ghee Sambar
Ingredients Required for Making Idli(y):
- Idli Batter
- Idli pan
- Mini idli plates
- Ghee or oil
Preparation Method of Idli:
- Apply ghee or in each hole of the plates, keep aside and then set the water (2 cups) to boil in the idli pan.
- Meanwhile pour the batter in each hole using with tablespoon.
- Once water started to boil, keep the plates inside the pan, cover it, and wait for 3 -5 minutes.
- Take out from the heat and remove the idli’s by spoon. Serve with Sambar.
