Mini Idli with Ghee Sambar

Mini idli

Ingredients Required for Making Idli(y):

  • Idli Batter
  • Idli pan
  • Mini idli plates
  • Ghee or oil

Preparation Method of Idli:

  1. Apply ghee or in each hole of the plates, keep aside and then set the water (2 cups) to boil in the idli pan.
  2. Meanwhile pour the batter in each hole using with tablespoon.
  3. Once water started to boil, keep the plates inside the pan, cover it, and wait for 3 -5 minutes.
  4. Take out from the heat and remove the idli’s by spoon. Serve with Sambar.
